Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs)
1. How many graduates does Sentosa intend to recruit this year?
A: The number of graduates recruited will depend on the quality of our applicants that year.
2. How are we being assessed?
A: You will be assessed through your academic and co-curricular track records as well as any past internship experiences and leadership capabilities. If short-listed, you will then undergo a series of assessments and panel interviews. If you are selected, you will be informed within a week following the final assessment.
3. Can we choose our preferred divisions for the two rotations and final posting?
A: HR will assign you to your respective divisions during the two 6-month divisional rotation. This is to ensure that you receive a holistic and well-rounded exposure, while taking into consideration organizational needs. You will then be formally deployed to a division based on available positions, your career aspirations, and job fit.
4. How is our performance evaluated if we are rotated to various functions during the programme period?
A: You will be assessed towards the end of each rotation, including the operations attachment. At the end of each rotation, your reporting officer will conduct a performance review with you. 5. What will my remuneration package be?
A: You will receive competitive entry-level salaries and you will also be eligible for full benefits and other bonuses.
